Return & Exchange

  1. Defective & Incorrect Merchandise

We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective items received. Kindly reach out to us at hello@whitetrousseau.com within 7 working days with a photo of the incorrect item(s), area of defect, along with your order reference for verification purposes. Any postage incurred for the exchange will be reimbursed to you in the form of store credits. Kindly note that any incorrect item should be in its original condition received, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and purchased directly from www.whitetrousseau.com.

We regret to inform that we will not be able to accept any exchange of defective merchandise if we are not notified within the timeframe stated above. Any form of wear and tear or damaged caused to the product after wear/ washing is not considered a defect and will not be liable for any exchange. We do not accept any returns once the order has been shipped out, however, you may contact us to cancel/ refund your order within 24 hours upon purchase.

Product Information

  1. How long will it take for Pre-Order items to reach?

Pre-order items will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive and another 2-3 days to delivery to your doorstep.

 

  1. A product in the list can’t be selected, what does this mean?

This means that the item is out of stock.

 

  1. How long does it take to restock an out of stock product?

All items will take approximately 2-3 weeks to restock.

 

Order and Payment

How to Order?

 

Step 1 – Login to your account if you are a returning customer. Kindly note that you are required to register an account with us if you wish to make any form of purchase. To register for a new account or login to your existing account, click on the human icon to login.

 

Step 2 – Click on the categories of your choice at the top of our website. Select the size/ colour click “ADD TO CART”. Upon adding the item(s) to your cart you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.

For personalised items, upon adding the items to your cart, do remember to state the initial(s) you would like to have on your item. Please specify and match the colour of the item to the initials, if you have more than one personalised product.

 

Step 3 – At the checkout page, a summary of your shopping cart will be displayed with details of the items added to cart. Do check through your items, sizes, quantity and colour of the product.

 

Step 4 – Enter your delivery address and select your delivery mode in the same checkout page. Kindly ensure all mailing addresses are correct before proceeding to make the payment. Check out Shipping and Delivery Information for more details on shipping and delivery charges.

 

Step 5 – If you have a valid discount/ gift card code, enter the code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ bar. Kindly note that discounts cannot be stacked. Unfortunately, if Bundle of 3 is in the cart, other discount codes cannot be applied.

 

Payment

Upon confirming your order, you may proceed to payment. White Trousseau currently accepts eight different modes of payment. You will automatically receive a order confirmation email/ text message once your payment is successful.
