White Trousseau is a designer gown hire store that allows users to rent designer dresses for a fraction of the retail price. Browse by brand, size or color and make a booking on your available dress. You can book the dress online and come in for an appointment to try, if it does not fit, you can choose an alternate dress and pay the difference in price to ensure you reserve the dress of your choice. The dress is yours for 4 days, 7 days or 14 days. Return your dress on the agreed method during check out, you can choose drop off or paid courier service!
HOW IT WORKS
How does White Trousseau works?
Does White Trousseau do fitting session?
Yes we do! Our fitting is strictly appointment only.
Each fitting session is 45 minutes and you can book individually or come with your friends. You can try on a maximum of 5 dresses depending on availability.
How do I use White Trousseau?
Simply choose a dress from our collection. Select your booking date and we'll have your dress sent to you on your selected date.
What if my dress does not fit when I order online?
Please Whatapps us at +65 85188957 within 24 hours upon receiving the dress and at an additional fee of $100 we will send you another dress that is available of your choice. You will top up the price difference if there is. Otherwise, you can arrange an appointment at our showroom to have alterations done or to pick an alternate dress.
What if I stain or damage the dress?
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com when this happens so we can evaluate the best solution for the dress repair. Appropriate charges will be made for the dress repair or dress replacement after careful review. The cost of the replacement will amount to the retail value of the dress.
Who does the laundry?
White Trousseau will have the dress ready and clean before and after every rental. We will be responsible of the dry cleaning of all dresses.
What is a White Trousseau credit voucher?
White Trousseau credit vouchers are issued for any change of minds or rental cancellations. For rental cancellations, please do it at a minimum of 3 days before the date of rental.The credit vouchers cannot be refunded and are valid for six months from the date of issue.

What is the minimum booking duration?
The Minimum booking duration is 4 days.
What if I need the dress for longer?
You may select our extended duration option. It is priced at an extra surcharge of $10 per extra day. Do contact firstname.lastname@example.org should you require a longer rental period.
When should I book the dress?
We recommend booking the dress at least 2 days before your event. This allows time for returns and exchanges if the dress does not fit.
It is best to reserve your desired dress 2-3 months in advance so as to ensure it is available on the dates you require.
We offer a 6 month credit note for any change of mind. However, we do not offer refund for cancellations.
Collection & Reutrns
How do I collect my dress?
There are two options to collect your dress: Self collection or courier.
Self collection is free and may be done at our showroom.

After you place your order, we will send you an email to confirm delivery and collection times It will cost $8 for the courier option and will require to be arranged 24hours in advance. Courier service will be a window of 5 hours.
How do I return my dress?
Returning is done the same way as collection. There are two options to return your dress: Self return or courier.

What if I return dress late?
There is a late return charge of $100 per day.

Can I try on the dresses?
Yes, you may come down to our showroom to try on the dresses by appointment.
I love the dress but need some alteration done. Help?
We can provide alterations on a small additional $50 charge on dresses that can have alterations done. You will need to come down to the showroom for a fitting session a minimum of 3 days in advance. Last minute alteration ( < 3 days) will have an addition $10 rush order charge.
Do you do walk-ins?
No. We are on appointment only.
Group fitting discount?
We offer group fittings for your wedding, bridal shower or gala nights. You will be entitled to 10% off when you hire a minimum of 4 dresses as a group at the same period of rental.
Do I get discount as a return customer?
Yes! We value our customers, simply tag @whitetrousseau when you post a picture of you in our dress on instagram and you will be entitled to 10% off next rental!
You get $10 off your next rental (within next 6 months) when you refer a friend! Simply ask your friend to quote your phone number and name to enjoy this the next time you rent a dress.
Buy instead of rent
Yes we work with different designer brands to continuously bring you new collaborations. If you would love to purchase the gowns, come in to the store to a catalog of gowns in selected brands available for purchase.
As some of you require the gowns made-to-measure or to travel overseas, you can order a brand new gown in-store.
